Prepare For Your Visit

What You need to bring:

  • Yourself, first and foremost

  • A pair of worn shoes so that we can look at the wear pattern. If you wear insoles, please bring them!

  • A positive attitude and an open mind :)

Our Fitting Process

Whether you're training to achieve a goal or simply enjoying an active lifestyle, our team is dedicated to supporting your journey every step of the way.

Unlike traditional methods that primarily focus on pronation (the inward rolling of the foot), we take a more holistic approach. By considering your overall running form and stride, we can not only recommend the perfect shoe but also offer guidance on how to enhance your efficiency and prevent injuries.

Here’s how our process unfolds:

  1. Initial Shoe Assessment: We start by examining your old pair of shoes to assess their wear patterns, gaining valuable insights into your running style and any specific concerns.

  2. Personalized Consultation: Through detailed questioning, we learn about your goals and intended use for the shoes. This helps us tailor our recommendations to meet your exact needs.

  3. Optional Form Analysis: If desired, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your running form. This step allows us to provide personalized tips to improve your technique.

  4. Shoe Selection: Armed with the insights gathered, we hand-pick a selection of shoes that best match your requirements. We continue to assist until you find a pair that you not only love but that also supports your running ambitions.

  5. Empowering Knowledge: Throughout the process, we empower you with knowledge about how your running form impacts shoe selection. Our goal is to ensure you run comfortably, efficiently, and injury-free.

Our approach goes beyond selling shoes—it's about equipping you with the tools and knowledge to make running a rewarding and sustainable part of your lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The short answer is no, it is not. Everyone pronates at least a little bit. It is your bodies natural shock absorption!

  • No you do not! Feel free to come in anytime during business hours and our team will be able to help you out.

  • Most of the time, the answer to this is no. Increasing mileage or intensity too quickly is a common cause of injury. Injury stems most commonly from bad form, however, which is why we focus on form. We want to help you stay healthy!
